If you get google adsence by one of the following then you will see Hosted account right side after login to google adsense acount. You can use your adsense account for the following side only.
1. HubPages,
2. WebAnswers,
3. Textbroker,
4. Blogger blogs with a sub-domian address (mysite.blogspot.com) etc.
other then above mention website you are not allowed to use it or google advertisement won't be display.
